ITIL is pretty much a trend all year round in the IT world. AXELOS ITIL3 Certification Levels
- ITIL 3 Foundation Level
ITIL Foundation Level is an introduction to ITIL version 3 as an illustration of IT Service Management. Moreover, it explains all the concepts you might need in the ITIL approach in general.
- ITIL 3 Practitioner
ITIL Practitioner is not a level; however, it is the application of ITIL 3 Foundation Level. It offers practical guidance on how to implement ITIL framework. Furthermore, ITIL 3 Practitioner covers 3 areas and they are Organizational Change Management, Communication, and Measurement and Metrics.
- ITIL 3 Intermediate Level
ITIL Intermediate Level focuses on IT Service Management; however, different and more in-depth than the Foundation level does. Also, professionals who earned the ITIL 3 Intermediate level will have a stronger advantage in helping their organizations improve their service management.
- ITIL 3 Expert Level

- ITIL 3 Master Level
