Do not take it personally

Every company has its own specific criteria and needs, so do not take their decision of rejection too personally. Remember the job interview is not an accurate measure of your professional worth. The decision they made is based on different things which usually have nothing to do with your personality or qualifications. Simply you are not the perfect match for their position.

Have some fun

Find a place where you can have a peaceful time and do meditation. This will put you back on the track of success. Do not take life so seriously. Participate in new activities and join volunteering groups. Doing exercises will help you release the tension and feel more relaxed.

Focus on your strengths

Kick all the negative thoughts out of your mind. Stop blaming yourself and save the time focusing on your strengths.
